Developing a story and making a film is the challenge that young people of all ages will meet again this year at the AVANCA 2026 Film Festival.
During July 30 to August 1, young filmmakers, learn and experiment to make a film.

The story, the storyboard, the script, the location, the technicians, the actors ... all this during 3 intensive days to feel the environment and the work of a film production team!
What cinema is, how it's made and who makes it, are some of the premises for 3 days of using a video camera and exploring image-by-image animation.

The coordination and follow-up is in charge of Ivo Prata, art-educator, actor, technologist and mentor of Cinentertainment. A friend of "Avanca" since 1998, he works with children, young people and adults in informal artistic contexts of natural learning, with a "hands-on" philosophy.
Mandatory to bring ideas, will and who can, a toy that films.
