During the event, AVANCA village lives intense days where cinema is the unifying theme that marks the meeting for all who feel the magic of cinema.
AVANCA is a space for film screenings, round tables, conferences, workshops and film production. To those who participate is provided a rich and diverse experience.
Volunteers are active participants in the festival and play a key role in its structure and development.

- Reception and information - Reception and delivery of accreditations to guests and participants;
- Theaters – Support for the spectators and control entrances;
- Quiosques – Public sale of books and articles of the festival;
- Technical support transport – driving guests between hotels and spaces of the festival;
- Technical support exhibitions – support for installation and monitoring of exhibitions;
- Technical support area school – support to the conference, debates and workshops;
- Photographic coverage – participation in photographic coverage of the festival;
- Video coverage – participation in the video coverage of the entire festival, and production of videos intended for Internet video and television.
