Connecting music to cinema, the 17th edition of the Film Festival AVANCA 2013will have by the first time a competition of video clips.

Integrating the "Trailer in Motion" section, started them in 2010, video clips join the usual of competition of movies trailers.

Aiming to establish a panoramic window about contemporary audiovisual and wanting to open debates on the future of filmmaking and audiovisual, this inclusion of video clips will allow the the outdoor exhibition in a screen during the last days of the festival, that this year will happen the 24 to the 28 July.

Being an international competition, the submissions of trailers and video clips are open until 15 July.

Stéphane Freiss, a major name of French cinema, where he has starring some of the greatest hits of European cinema, saw his film first film as a director "It is Miracul'house" receive last year the “Trailer in Motion 2012 Prize”
